This week I am running 4 minutes and walking 1 minute. So far so good. Taking it easy after a small sxcare with my knees. Some massage therapy seemed to do the trick. Having a 14lb child that loves eating all the time was wearing on me too. He loves to eat every 3 hours or less 24/7 :). It's been crazy weather here from snow to hail and tropically warm. So strange! Can't wait for my 5km race at the end of May. I see the goal ahead. Only 20 more pounds to lose.
