So after a 4km today I can't walk. The pain inside my knees is unreal. I can't go up and down stairs, can barely lift anything or get out of bed. I have no clue what the problem is. I can only think its my shoes at this point and need to warm up better. I have super intense stability shoes for the distances I was runnng before. Maybe I just don't need them right now?
