I did it! Knee is rehabbing well I guess because I managed to run and do a fantastic free yoga class online. My new favourite thing has been to do the free class of the week at www.yogatoday.com. This is my 4th week and it's great - can't beat free :) I feel it the day after every time too. Key bible was great today - the kids really loved learning about prayer. The power of pray is amazing and I loved sharing it with the little ones. Off to teach another class today and then work.
