I am currently not dieting. I am still nursing my 16lb 3 month old and clearly it is working! He is growing so big! My diet is just out of wack. I am so hungry all the time. I eat toast, protein shake and fruit for breakfast. Snacks are nuts, yogurt, cereal, apples, oranges, bananas, carrots and cheese. I drink milk and water and lunch is usually soup or leftovers. I can't get cobtrol over the eating right now because I need to keep my milk and energy up so I am not focusing on this part so much.
